The entire route will be run on the paved Rock Creek Trail system. We will start near the bottom of the hill just below the intersection of South Blake St. and 3rd Ave. West and finish back on the top. There will be no vehicle traffic on the course! This is just a few blocks from the South end of Blake St. and the West end of 3rd Ave. West (South of J & C Motorsports and West of General Building Supply) where 3rd Ave. W turns West across Washington St. between JM Kitchens, Inc. and General Building Supply. You can park along the street by the registration.

All persons under 18 years of age must have the written consent of their parents or legal guardian to compete in the JMK 5K. I understand that participating in an outdoor running or walking race is a potentially hazardous activity.  I should not enter or participate unless I am medically able and properly trained.  I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run or walk. I have read this waiver and, in consideration of the acceptance of my entry in the JMK 5K, and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, assignees and myself, I hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims I may have for liabilities, injuries, ailments or other consequences suffered by me as a result of my participation in either of the above mentioned races against the sponsors, JM Kitchens, Inc., the City of Twin Falls, the State of Idaho and any of their agents, representatives, successors, employees or assignees, arising from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I assume all risk associated with running or walking this event including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, traffic and conditions of the road.
